With 40 years of experience, Clint has built a reputation for servant leadership in managing onshore, offshore, and international oil and gas operations effectively. He has driven cultural transformation throughout his career, particularly in Operational Excellence (OE) and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
Field Experience and Facility Operations
Clint’s operational expertise is grounded in three years as a Field Operations production operator and five years in field supervisory roles. During this period, he led the commissioning, startup, and ongoing operations of more than 30 offshore facilities, demonstrating technical proficiency and leadership.
